6,When we send out the goods, and how long will be arrived?
Generally speaking, we will pack your parcel on the second day after you confirmed order, even the exceptional circumstances, we sure send out your products no more than 2 days. We use E-packet or 4PX for free. They will spend around 7-15 days to America; the same 7-15 days to Europe. But to other remote area, they will spend around 20 days. If you want your goods in hurry, you can choose international DHL on our store which cost you a little extra charge that way will be really faster. it is in general 4-7 days also depends region.

8,How we packet your parcel and what material we use,Does it damage in transit ?
We usually use the package material including K=K carton,bubble film,bubble film bag,EPE bag,cardboard box, see below picture for reference. according to past experience, these packing methods are safe and reliable.
