My name is Zenger. I started my foreign trade journey in 2008, focusing on B2B car accessories. In the early days, we exhibited at the Canton Fair and operated on Alibaba International. It was a booming era. Orders flowed in, our team expanded to nearly 200 employees, and we believed the growth would never stop.
But in 2018, everything began to change. Inquiries declined. Orders slowed down. The market was shifting faster than we expected.
We faced pressure from rising costs and increasing competition. Yet we did not give up.
After careful analysis, we realized that end users had already shifted to new retail platforms such as eBay and Amazon, which we had once underestimated.
As the industry evolved, we knew we had to evolve with it.
However, we also saw problems in the market.
On some platforms, prices are low but quality can be inconsistent.
On others, quality is reliable but prices are driven too high by fees and competition.
Customers are forced to choose between affordability and quality.
We believe they should not have to. That belief became our new mission: to create the best balance between price and quality.
Car Splendors was built on this philosophy—factory-based production, strict quality control, fair pricing, and a direct-to-customer approach.
Many may not know our factory name, but for years, people have known me as Zenger.
