Order Processing & Delivery Time
Generally, your order will be processed within 2 business days excluding the weekend and public holidays after payment is
confirmed. For non-stock or Preorder products, Car Splendors Store team will process your order once we have stock or launch it.
Please note that in normal conditions, the estimated delivery time takes around 7 business days to destinations. But from
time to time, we do experience heavy shipping volumes or peak season, the delivery time might take a bit longer.
Kindly note that order processing time should be added on to shipping time to get the total delivery time to receive your
order package.
Shipping Method & Delivery Charge
We offer all item free shipping by E-packet or 4PX or other small parcel shipping forwarder.
In terms of E-packet and 4PX, you totally no need any worries about the charge,we offer free for you.
In terms of DHL delivery charge, you can add any product to cart, then check out, select the destination country, region and
input the postal code to estimate the delivery charge on CarSplendors Store or chat with us on WhatsAPP, or send us an email
to zenger@carsplendors.com. After receiving your message, our store service team will respond to you immediately.
